Before you book
Is my data safe?
You work in your own ChatGPT account on your own laptop. We don't see your files or messages, and we show you the settings that control what ChatGPT keeps.
Why do I need ChatGPT Plus?
What we cover in the workshop needs a paid plan. Plus is $20 a month and you can cancel after the workshop.
Can I use my work account?
Yes, but some companies switch off features we use on the day. Bring a personal account as a backup.
What is the refund policy?
Full refund up to 7 days before the workshop. After that, seats are not refundable.
Can my company pay?
Yes. You get a receipt and an invoice by email as soon as you pay.
What about dietary needs?
Email us after you book and we will sort lunch out.
