Message Frequency

The frequency of SMS messages depends on your activity and usage of our services:

• OTP messages: Sent each time you request authentication (login, password reset, etc.)
• Security alerts: Sent when security-relevant actions occur on your account
• Service confirmations: Sent when you complete specific actions requiring confirmation

You control the frequency by how often you use services that trigger these messages. Most users receive 1-5 messages per month.

Opting Out

While transactional SMS messages are essential for account security and service delivery, you have the following options:

• Remove Phone Number: You can remove your phone number from your account settings. Note that this may limit certain security features like two-factor authentication.
• Text STOP: Reply STOP to any SMS message to opt out. This will prevent future messages, but may affect your ability to use phone-based authentication.

Your phone number and SMS communication data are protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use Twilio as our SMS service provider, and your data is subject to Twilio's Privacy Policy.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your phone number and message content, including encryption in transit and secure storage practices.
