SMS Consent Policy

Overview

MM Intelligence, LLC ("we", "our", or "us") may send SMS text messages for customer care and service notification purposes. Receiving SMS messages is entirely optional and is not required to use our services, voice agent, website, or any other product offered by MM Intelligence.

You may provide your phone number for contact purposes (such as scheduling calls or using our voice agent) without being enrolled in SMS communications. SMS enrollment is always a separate, voluntary choice.

How SMS Consent Works

Opting In

To receive SMS messages from MM Intelligence, you must take a clear, affirmative action to opt in. This means:

• Checking a separate SMS consent checkbox on our contact form or sign-up page. This checkbox is always unchecked by default. You must actively select it.
• Providing your phone number alone does not constitute SMS consent. Entering your phone number in a form (for voice calls, account setup, or contact purposes) does not automatically enroll you in text messages.

Types of SMS Messages

If you choose to opt in, you may receive the following types of service-related SMS messages:

Customer Care Messages

• Support follow-ups: Responses to your inquiries or service requests
• Account updates: Important information about your account or active projects
• Appointment reminders: Reminders for scheduled consultations or meetings

Delivery & Notification Messages

• Project status updates: Notifications about milestones, deliverables, or completion of work
• Service confirmations: Confirmation of actions you've requested
• System notifications: Critical updates about service availability or scheduled maintenance that may affect you

Message Frequency and Costs

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with our services. Most users who opt in receive 1–5 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier's plan. MM Intelligence does not charge for SMS messages.

Opting Out

You can stop receiving SMS messages at any time using any of the following methods:

• Reply STOP: Text STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed.
• Contact us: Email info@mmintelligence.ai and request to be removed from SMS communications.

Opting out of SMS will not affect your ability to use any of our services. You will continue to receive service through other channels (email, phone calls, etc.) as normal.

How We Use Your Phone Number

When you provide your phone number to MM Intelligence:

• Your phone number is used for direct contact (calls) and, only with your explicit SMS consent, for text messages
• We will never sell, share, or provide your phone number to third parties for their own marketing purposes
• Your number is securely stored and transmitted via Twilio's infrastructure
• SMS messages are only sent if you have actively opted in through a separate consent action

Carrier Information

Our SMS service is available on all major US carriers. If you experience delivery issues, please contact your carrier or our support team.

Privacy and Data Protection

Your phone number and SMS communication data are protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use Twilio as our SMS service provider, and your data is subject to Twilio's Privacy Policy.
